Bounty is set up with one Facilitator in charge of overseeing everything Bounty related. He is responsible for interacting with people in charge of the facilities where the Bounty Celebration is held, as well as being the main spokesman to the public. In addition, there are many "Department Heads" who are each responsible for their own individual areas of the Bounty Celebration. The Facilitator interacts with all of the Department Heads, making sure everything is on schedule and running smoothly.

Everyone in these key leadership positions has been volunteering their services to Bounty Of Bethlehem for many years, so they are acutely tuned in to the myriad intricacies which keep it running smoothly. Every one of them does a fantastic job, and Bounty is fortunate to have them in leadership roles.
 Bill Gollnick is the 'Chief Cook & Bottlewasher' in the kitchen and is in charge of all aspects of it. |
 For the past several years, BJ Klein has been one of Bill's assistants in the kitchen. |
 Diane Scott is in charge of Publicity. She also started Bounty's coat drive, which collects toys and coats from schools. |

 Ruth & Charles Pace. Ruth assists with the volunteer kitchen downstairs, assisted by Doreen McTique. Charles helps with the refrigerated truck outside. |
 Sandi Litogot is in charge of desserts. She's the one who makes sure there are plenty of tasty treats to keep your sweet tooth satisfied. |
 Lorraine Kus is in charge of the Volunteer Kitchen. She makes sure there is food available to feed the volunteers. |
 Jon & Suzanne Sherrill are in charge of all beverages in the Bounty dining room. |
